General policy (subject to finalization): items may be eligible for return or exchange within a specified number of days of purchase if unused and in original packaging. Perfume products, once opened, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item. Refunds, once approved, are processed to the original payment method within a standard processing window.
